Adjuncts are essential to Stivers. They are working artists from the community who teach from 5 to 15 hours a week. Without adjuncts we do not have a school for the arts. They teach over 70% of Stivers arts classes, bringing the real world of art into Stivers classrooms and studios.

Your gift can help ensure that adjuncts remain in these classrooms and studios, nuturing the creativity and artistic discipline opf Stivers students. Stivers students become true apprentices, learning at the side of these accomplished adult artists.

Students learn to visualize, to plan, to move from the abstract to the concrete, from a piece of music to a musical performance, from a script to a play, from choreography to dance, from a sketch to a finished piece of sculpture.
